There was some tasteful, very subtle backlighting on the shape, unfortunately marred by a very, very bright digital sign from across the street over a Cold Stone Creamery.
You can see a purplish cast over the building in this photo which came from the digital sign, and if you look to the immediate left of the "1927" on the window, the obnoxious sign's reflection is evident.
